We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead, operate and maintain a beachfront community of 25 privately owned homes on Railei Beach and oversee all rental operations. We take pride in the uniqueness of our property, and share a strong sense of community with a unique spirit. We prefer a manager in residence and provide housing.

Duties include:
-Staff and facilities management
-Ability to manage a budget
-Purchasing
-Reservations oversight
-Some Food and Beverage
-English and Thai essential

Experience should include a background in facilities and property management and hospitality.
Proficient in the use of computers and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Working knowledge of property management and rental platforms systems and apps.
Experienced in Hotel / Resort Budgets, Accounting, Finance

Demonstrated capabilities as a proven team leader who is responsible detailed, careful, honest.

Ability to solve immediate problems well.
Good-natured, diligent, patient, disciplined.
Good organizational and time management skills.

You will work closely with an oversight Committee of owners and ensure owner, guest and staff satisfaction.

Although we expect competence in delivering quality services, managing the infrastructure, and improving the management system, the core of your mission will be to support, coach, lead, develop the staff and imprint the right culture.

Other Key objectives:
- Ensure guests and owners get a good quality of service vs simply checking boxes of a defined set and standard of services
- Make the staff proud, and delighted every day, and grow
