What do we require?

- Motivation to work and independence
- Experience in working with clients and adhering to our branding standards and company culture
- Positive energy
- High personal culture. If you’re planning to meet your client in flip-flops - then sorry, but no.
- English language proficiency at a communicative level (the main language for communication with Heads and Main Directors)
- Entrepreneurial mindset, thinking outside the box, and being fast and effective
- Ability to work on a commission-based model.
- Experience in real estate - nice to have!
