Minimum of 7 years experience in restaurant & bar management, in trendy or high-end restaurants. Professional Thailand experience. Up-to-date with latest trends in food and beverages. Lead by example, great host, and a keen eye for detail. Creative mind. Skilled in food-costing, menu-engineering, and finance/reporting.
Expat, fluent in English, other languages welcome. Work permit will be provided.
