2. มีความรู้ด้านอสังหาริมทรัพย์
3. ทักษะด้านโซเชียลมีเดีย OA และผู้ดูแลเว็บไซต์
4. ทักษะในการเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพ Google
5. ทักษะในการสร้างโอกาสในการขาย
6. มีทักษะในการออกแบบกราฟิก
