Job Description
• Resolving IT support requests from sales and operation teams
• Graphic design
• WordPress website, PHP and JavaScript experience.
• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
• Changing configurations, settings and permissions to fix website and computer system issues. (If have)
• Monitor and maintain database, website, social media and network
• Providing technical support across the company
• Provide relevant reports
• Work together with Sale and Marketing teams and other tasks assigned

Qualification
• Bachelor degree, in IT field
• Good command in English
• Good in MS Office
• Strong communication in written and spoken
• Quickly response to the problem solving
• Have sense of service minded, High-responsible and good attitude
• Able to work under pressure, multi-tasks skills
• Eager to learn and understand a team player field
