Coco Club Pool Cafe is located in the bustling marina of Boat Lagoon. It is centrally located in the middle of Phuket and close to many international schools and home to many expats in Phuket. Coco Club Pool Cafe is set around a stunning pool, overlooking the marina. We have a capacity to seat 60 people and for larger cocktail style events of up to 150 people.

We are seeking to appoint an experienced Restaurant Manager. This position will require you to have a highly visible presence and hands-on approach during service periods.

The key duties and responsibilities of this position include:
- Managing staff to ensure restaurant service levels are consistent and of the highest possible standard
- Providing ongoing training and mentoring of staff
- Driving revenue by ensuring maximum covers per service period
- Roster preparation and approval of timesheets
Stock rotation and ordering, including a monthly stocktake
- Monitoring the restaurant budget, including completing detailed reporting on the same
- Working closely with the Kitchen and other club departments
- Ensuring the restaurant and staff is always presented to the club standards
Promptly address customer concerns

The required skills, experience and attributes for this position include
- Experience working at Restaurant Management level
- Previous experience working with international guests will be distinct advantage
- A demonstrated history of training and mentoring staff that contributed to the delivery of increased customer satisfaction
- High level of personal presentation and grooming
- Strong verbal and written English language skills
- Have a professional, friendly, fun and engaging personality
- Formal qualifications in hospitality management or similar preferred
