❥ What you'll do:
- Manage online bookings from start to finish.
- Use our in-house booking software (training provided).
- Craft personalized offers, chat online with guests, and manage availability.
- Handle customer calls and reply to reviews.
- Collaborate with international partners like GetYourGuide, TripAdvisor, Klook, Musement TUI etc.
- Work closely with local suppliers in Southern Thailand.

❥ Who you are:
- Thai national, between 23-35 years old.
- Excellent English communication skills (speaking, reading, writing).
- Computer-savvy (iMac experience a plus).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and a fast learner.
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and a problem-solver with creative ideas.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- A Bachelor's degree in English is required for this role, which demands strong writing, critical thinking, and communication skills.
