**Job Description:
As the Personal Assistant to the CEO, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the CEO's daily activities. This position requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational and communication skills. You will be responsible for managing the CEO's schedule, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and assisting with various administrative tasks.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule appointments, and organize meetings.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
- Conduct research and compile data for reports and presentations.
- Assist in organizing and managing events, both internal and external.
- Liaise with internal departments and external partners on behalf of the CEO.
- Perform general office duties, such as ordering supplies and managing office inventory.
- Provide personal support to the CEO, as needed.
*Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Thai is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- High level of professionalism and discretion.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with diverse teams.
