Demarest Clinic Co., Ltd. is Phuket, Thailand’s most state-of-the-art Regenerative Medicine, Anti-Aging and Aesthetic Science clinic and we are looking for an energetic, hungry, positive, and trustworthy individual to be our Customer Service Representative. We want to find a permanent team member who will grow with us and is willing to perform the day-to-day duties demonstrating our clinic’s core values - professionalism, accountability, and respect.

The Customer Service Representative attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions, suggesting information about other products and services, process orders, prepare correspondences and fulfill customer inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction. If you have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable answering questions from our patients regarding our services and products through email, phone, and in person, we’d like to meet you.

Ultimately, you’ll help us meet and surpass business expectations and contribute to our company’s rapid and sustainable growth. This job offer is a full-time position, working from Monday to Friday, 10:00am to 6:00pm.

Responsibilities
• Open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information
• Resolve issues by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem and selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem
• Prepare feedback reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
• Manage all incoming calls and emails as per the company’s standards
• Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents

Skills & Experience
• Proven customer support experience
• Proficiency in English and Thai (Other language(s) is a plus)
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
