DMC Manager

We are looking for an enthusiastic, performance driven sales person to add to our team, someone who can deal with multiple accounts at a time and doesn't mind working outside the 9 - 5 to go the extra mile.

Job requirements
• Thai National 25+ years
• Graduate Bachelor+ Degree (preferred Business Administration)
• 2+ year experience in DMC / tours / events / sales and/or from event management company
• Fluent in English
• Able to relocate for short periods for training and inspection trips
• Able to work independently
• Able to work with different computer programs
• Presentable, enthusiastic, performance driven, eye for detail

• Make proposals for DMC services
• To keep track of sales in CRM
• Sell and confirm
• Deal with payments and invoices
• To source suppliers for events
• Agree contracts / payment terms with suppliers
• To draft DMC budgets
• Arrange manpower / guides
• To coordinate with events team
• Attend to clients on the ground
• To follow in-house training

• Accomodation
• Flights
• Ground handling and transfers
• F&B
• Tours and excursions
• Gifts / clothing / merch
• Shows, entertainment

Benefits
• Base salary (30-50K per month)
