ตำแหน่ง : ผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการร้าน
• At least 1 year experience in food and beverage industry
• Recruit, train and supervise employees on behalf of the manager.
• Prepare weekly work schedules for employees and find suitable replacements in the event of an employee's absence to replace the manager.
• Make sure all expenses are within budget and identify ways to reduce operating costs.
• Prepare stock of coffee shop materials and order new stock as needed.
• Able to communicate well with juicers and understand problems and training. difficulties or struggles with their training
• Resolve customer complaints about food quality and customer service on behalf of the manager.
• Perform duties assigned by the manager well.
