Required Skills

• Fluent in English and Thai
• Comfortable teaching large groups of students
• Minimum of 3 years of bartending experience
• Possessing solid practical cocktail knowledge and flair experience would be a bonus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to deliver engaging lessons to students of various skill levels
• Passion for bartending and teaching
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

In this role, you will be responsible for teaching bartending classes to students of various skill levels. You will need to follow lesson plans, teach students bartending techniques according to the EBS curriculum and provide hands-on training in a supportive and engaging environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering engaging bartending classes to students of various skill levels
• Present lesson plans that cover a range of topics, including cocktail-making techniques, mixology, and drink recipes
• Providing hands-on training to students, ensuring they are properly equipped to enter the bartending industry
• Assessing student progress and providing constructive feedback to help them improve their skills
• Maintaining a clean and organized classroom environment
• Staying up to date with the latest bartending trends and techniques
