Summary Learning Coaches:
This role is the most crucial and strategic position in YB! You will be the YB values ambassador and spearhead a revolution in blended learning for parents and kids.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Working: 09.00 -17.00 pm Weekend off sat-sun.
Public holiday / Vacation leave.

University Degree
Fluency in English
Strong organisational and communication skills
Being open-minded to new ideas and wanting to learn new things.
Responsibilities include:
Ownership: Organise, manage, facilitate and, above, inspire learners to take the initiative in pursuing what drives them whilst focusing on their development goals.
Accountability: support learners to be independent and empower them with daily/weekly/monthly activities and routines.
Provide academic guidance on the UK curriculum for younger learners and IGCSE and A-levels for teenage learners. You don't need to be an expert, as initial and continuous training will be provide.
Support and be a companion with learners in extracurricular and community activities.
