The hotel representative is responsible for looking after the clients and excursion selling. The main priority is to ensure that the clients enjoy the holidays and everything runs smooth as possible for them during the stay in our region.

The role involves organizing, and the hosting welcome meeting at the hotel, providing important, destination information, good product and services, handling clients issues and complaints and solving problems.

Base Office : Tran Island Travel Krabi ( or Samui)
Tran Island is a ground handling company, based in Samui and Krabi offering ground services such as transfers, tours and customer care for our partners. Our market is worldwide including German speaking countries.

Requirements:

• Thai nationality
• Good command of written and spoken English and German communication.
• Experience in Travel / hospitality industry, Customer Service or Resort. representative is preferred ,fresh graduated is also welcome.
• Service minded, friendly and approachable manner.
• Team working and problem-solving ability.
• Flexible with working time.
• Working 6 days a week
