Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests
- Highlight to guests regarding the dos and don’ts when on board
- Registration of guests and inform them on their seat numbers.
- Contact late guests and remind them to be on time
- Responding to general inquiries via phone and walk-ins
- Liaise and crosscheck with kitchen crew on the number of guests and type of food
ordered, any add-ons etc. for that particular session
- To make safety announcements prior before guest are seated on platform.
- Instantly print out photos when guests are on board and sell these photos when
guests have landed
- Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness for the surroundings.
Requirements:
- Must be able to speak and communicate in English and Local Language.
- Excellent knowledge in MS Office
- Positive and friendly attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Presentable and good looks
- Must be able to fit into uniform sized S/M (uniform to be provided)
- 20-35 age
