Due to the expansion of the business unit and with the introduction of a new organisational structure, we are looking for a Real Estate Broker in Thailand who will be responsible for the following tasks.

Main responsibilities:
• Work with incoming requests
• Meeting with customers
• Analysing customer situation and request
• Selecting matching prospects
• Preparing investment potential calculations
• Closing the sale

Our ideal candidate:
• Speaks several languages: Chinese upper-intermediate+ (is a must), English upper-intermediate+ (is a must), Russian (is nice to have)
• Posesses over 2 years of sales experience. Can be in other industries if average check is over 300 000 USD+
• Excellent selling and communication skills, persistent and goal oriented
• High IQ & EQ. Quick thinking - on his / her feet is a MUST to succeed in sales
• Able to learn and apply new knowledge fast
• Low level of conflictness - team player
• Higher education
