Job Description
 Daily correspondence with clients in English languages
 Responsible for hotel reservation and inform all hotel details and ticket condition
 Provide travel information and reservation to the inquiries or bookings made by e-mails,
phones and faxes
 Provide full customer service and support to the clients with regards to travel arrangements
 Coordinate and work in team Contracting Manager and Branch Manager.
 Actively be in touch with the company’s colleagues and its partners.

Qualification:
• Male or Female, Thai Nationality, and Age above 22 years old.
• University Graduated in related fields will be a plus.
• Good command of English written and spoken.
• Experience in Tour Operations / Hotel or Travel Business is preferred.
• Good personality and communication skills and strong skills in service job.
• Must be a team player
