Role Overview:

- E-Commerce & Distribution Management: Lead our e-commerce and distribution channels across our Thai hotels. Your mission? Ensure we're everywhere our customers are, maximizing our reach and profitability.
- Rate Management: Sculpt our online rates to be competitive and lucrative. React to market trends and the performance of our hotels to keep us on top.
- Yielding: Be the master of maximizing revenue. Use the best yield management practices to ensure our rooms are filled optimally.
- Online Promotions: Conceive, launch, and orchestrate online campaigns that make our brand shine and attract more bookings.
- Team Synergy: Work hand-in-hand with the group e-commerce & distribution, marketing communication, and revenue management teams.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Nationality: Thai nationality is essential due to legal and operational constraints.
- Experience: Proven track record in e-commerce, distribution, or related roles. Preference will be given to those with experience in the hospitality industry.
- Market Insight: Solid grasp of the Thai market and an understanding of consumer behavior.
- Communication: Exceptional communication and team collaboration skills.
- Analytical Prowess: Capability to dissect data and market trends to make informed, strategic decisions.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in both English and Thai.
- Technical Expertise: Familiarity with STAAH Channel Manager and SynXis CRS will be considered an added advantage.
