JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Primarily responsible for all daily villa inquiry, helping clients book their stay at the villa, matching guest’s criteria and budget.
- Responsible for the pre-arrival process with personalized solutions by suggesting activities and facilities provided by each villa.
- Responsible for suggesting different packages or amenities that the facility offers and asking probing questions to help determine what the client needs
- Responsible for emailing villa managers with all pre-arrival request and arrange airport transfer details.
- Responsible for check-in process at the villa by coordinating with villa management team to greet guests on arrival date.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing Communication or any related field
- Foreigner candidates are welcome.
- Strategic and forward thinking
- Customer Service/Communication Skills: communicate clearly and in a friendly way to solve the issue and keep the customer happy.
- Patience: Reservation agents might have to deal with confused or irate customers. Having patience will help you stay polite, even in stressful situations.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Reservation agents will have to solve customer issues, sometimes without seeing the actual problem first hand. Being able to problem solve with a customer will help you excel in your job.
- Fluent English, speaking, reading, and writing
- Team player and self-starter with great time management skills
- Great interpersonal communication skills
- Passion for luxury travel in Thailand

SKILLS:
- Proficient in Windows or Mac OS X, Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and Adobe Suite
