Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process to ensure timely and effective hiring.
- Develop talent acquisition strategies to build a strong workforce pipeline.
- Implement performance appraisal systems that drive high performance.
- Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning.
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
- Develop and implement programs for employee development and career progression.
- Design and implement compensation and benefits plans that are competitive and cost-effective.
- Manage employee relations and maintain a positive working environment.
- Handle workplace investigations, disciplinary, and termination procedures.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and employee engagement.
- Lead initiatives to enhance organizational culture and work environment.

Qualifications
- Any genders
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred
- Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 10 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HR role within the real estate industry.
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and influence others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals
