1. วางเเผนเเละเขียนเเผนการทำงานโปรเจคอสังหาริมทรัพย์ เช่น คอนโดมิเนียม วิลล่า เพื่อนำเสนอต่อลูกค้าเเละนักลงทุนอสังหาริมทรัพย์
2. ติดต่อเอเจ่นซี่ outsource เพื่อโปรโมทเเคมเปญต่างๆ ในงานขายอสังหาริมทรัพย์
3. สามารถวางเเผนขั้นตอนการทำโปรเจค การตลาดอสังหาริมทพรัพย์
4. มีประสบการณ์ด้านการตลาด ถ้ามีประสบการณ์ด้านอสังหาริมทรัพย์จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
5.มีความรู้เเละความเข้าใจการโฆษณา Facebook, Google ads

**เงินเดือนเริ่มต้น 40,000-50,000 บาท เเละคอมมิชชั่น

Job responsibility
1. Able to plan and write proposal work plans for real estate projects such as condominium villa foe sale to present to clients and real estate investors.
2. Brand social media management, expert personality management, shopping guide planning copywriting, and brand marketing activity planning and execution.
3. Digital advertising (Facebook, Google) operations and advertising effectiveness optimization.
4. Market data collection and analysis

Job Requirements:
1.Ability to write proposal in English and presentation skills.
2. Ability to planning project real estate
3. knowledge online and offline planning and promotion sale real estate.
4.Strong communication and adaptability. Hard-working
5. Candidates who are familiar with Phuket and Thailand’s real estate market will be advantage.
6. College degree or above, more than 3 years of working experience in the sales industry.
7. Excellent English write and speak is must.

Monthly salary: starting from 40,000-50,000, project bonus can be shared, the project bonus can be as high as 5 million baht or more.
