Monday – Saturday

As we continue to expand, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage real estate development projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and quality project execution.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines to ensure alignment with company goals.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, permits, and construction standards.
• Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Manage and lead on-site teams to maintain project efficiency and quality.
• Communicate project updates and reports to senior management.

Qualifications & Requirements:
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in real estate development, construction, or project management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and project planning.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Fluent in Thai and English.
