Required Qualifications:
1.Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
2.Experience: Experience in sales or coordination within the hotel industry or related businesses is preferred.
3.Communication Skills: Strong communication skills in both Thai and English.
4.Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and hotel management systems (PMS) or related software.
5.Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills, ability to work well in a team, and patience.
6.Time Management Skills: Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with efficiency.


Responsibilities:

- Support the sales team in communication with both internal and external clients.
- Prepare sales proposals and quotations.
- Follow up on customer responses and maintain records of communication.
- Reservation and Service Coordination
- Coordinate with various departments such as Reservations and Events to ensure smooth service preparation.
- Track bookings and customer confirmations.
- Prepare sales, booking, and marketing reports.
- Provide statistical data and market analysis for the management team.
- Assist in Marketing and Promotion Activities
- Support the planning and execution of marketing activities within the hotel.
- Prepare information for advertising or public relations through various channels.
- Customer Service
- Answer inquiries and assist customers with room bookings or hotel services.
- Manage customer complaints and feedback.
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with other departments such as Marketing, Finance, and Operations to ensure efficient operations.
