We are looking for a dedicated Community Service Agent to join our team. This role requires a friendly and welcoming attitude, exceptional customer service skills and excellent communication abilities.

As a Community Service Agent, your responsibilities will include assisting community members, ensuring their needs are met, and maintaining open and effective communication. Your role will play a vital part in fostering a positive community environment.

Job Benefits:

• Salary of between 17k to 22k baht monthly depending on qualifications and experience.
• Initial 2-year contract to work in Krabi, extendable depending on performance.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Native Thai both verbally and written.
• Advanced English communication skills.
• A Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• 2+ years' experience in a customer service role.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office in a work setting.
• Proficient in using Windows 11 in a work setting.
• Experienced in using point-of-sale software and systems.
