444 Media, Inc. is seeking a skilled and accomplished JR Graphic Designer to join our esteemed team. This position is based in Phuket.

As a JR Graphic Designer, on an operational level you will report to client-specific Marketing Managers with your direct supervisor, the Graphic Designer and department supervisor, the UX/UI Design Project Manager.

Responsibilities

Multifaceted Design

-Apply design skills to a diverse range of projects, spanning digital, branding, print, typography, etc.
-Demonstrate creative abilities from rough sketches to polished final designs.

Presentation Skills

-Present work confidently, clearly explaining the creative rationale behind designs.
-Prepare presentations showcasing the agency’s work to its full potential.

Project Understanding

-Understand project requirements and ideas, ensuring alignment with client expectations and brand guidelines.
-Collaborate with the team to brainstorm ideas and share creative thoughts.

Graphic Production

-Produce various design elements, including logos, banner ads, social media graphics, and presentation decks.
-Ensure all design deliverables align with client objectives and the agency’s creative standards.

Collaboration and Feedback

-Collaborate with teammates on design projects, actively participating in discussions and sharing insights.
-Use feedback from other team members to improve and refine design work continually.

*Other scope-related tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications

-Thai Nationality
-Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
-1-3 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in a digital marketing or agency setting.
-Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) Figma is a plus
-Familiarity with other relevant design and multimedia tools.
-Portfolio showcasing a range of design work, including digital and print materials.
-Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey creative ideas.
-Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
-Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
-Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and staying abreast of industry trends and design best practices.
