With over 12 years experience in Thailand Sunway Estates specializing in project development, project management and agency businesses.
With the growing number of projects we would like to expand our team and open new position of Residential Property Manager in Koh Samui.
Scope of work:
* Collecting rent and other property fees from tenants and individual owners
* Meeting potential tenants and showing them properties
* Provide prompt, professional response and follow through regarding tenant inquiries, problems, and complaints
* Conduct regular property inspections and reporting the property’s conditions, occupancy to management and/or property owners
* Oversee, maintain, and inspect all designated properties
* Manage on-site staff (cleaners, gardeners, maintenance team)
* Arranging teams for property repairs and maintenance
* Coordination of invoices, reports and other working matters within the Company (accounting, rental, owners)

Starting salary 35,000THB with potential raise based on probation terms and personal interview

We are also open to experienced candidates with higher salary expectations for a larger scope of work.
