Corporate Lawyer

Area: Providing legal support for the company itself on management issues, contract coordination, protection of the company's rights and interests, and other legal matters related to the company's internal activities, establishment of new companies, and amendments to the company's founding documents.

Specialization: Corporate Law, Civil Law.

Position tasks:

- Legal assistance on management and corporate structure issues of the company, including registration and amendments to the company's founding documents, drafting and approval of shareholders' meetings and board of directors' minutes.
- Ensures compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in the field of corporate law, including company laws, tax legislation, real estate market rules, and other regulatory acts.
- Ensures protection of the company's rights and interests in court or before other authorities in case of legal disputes or conflicts related to its activities.
- Providing consultations and training to company personnel on corporate law matters, including management and compliance with legal requirements.
- Participation in the development of the company's business development strategies, proposing legal aspects and solutions to achieve the company's goals and objectives in the construction and real estate sales field.
- Drafting, analysis, and coordination of various contracts and agreements related to the company's activities, including real estate transactions, contracts with contractors, suppliers, and clients.
