Responsibilities:
- Supervising every phase of the project and maintenance from start to completion.
- Communicating the goals of the company to all technician in the team.
- Calculating costs, material, labor, and time required for each project.
- Approving designs and budgets.
- Delegating tasks to technician in the team.
- Supervising staff training as well as equipment installation.
- Performing quality control checks on all systems.
- Quickly resolving disputes between team.
- Analyzing data and drafting reports to owner.

- Understanding of the organization's goals and objectives.
- Project & maintenance management skills.
- Ability to update and direct work schedules efficiently.
- Ability to plan budgets and obtain the resources necessary for successful project and maintenance completion.
- Problem-solving skills and Leadership skills.
- Readiness to thrive under pressure.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and good English communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Electrical power, or related field.
- Proficiency with stage lighting system.
SALARY : 50K - 55K
