Role Description
Develop a strong understanding of brand guidelines and ensure their implementation across all communication channels. Execute B2C and B2B marketing strategies. Implement digital marketing and social media strategies to increase online bookings and traffic. Develop SEM campaigns and enhance organic SEO for F&B outlets.
Demonstrate social media skills and devise strategies for marquee outlets. Analyze restaurant data to boost revenue.
Train service teams on new online reservation systems. Build media relationships and host familiarization events. Implement marketing partnerships, PR, and promotional campaigns. Develop and release F&B promotions, maintaining an updated media gallery.
Create engaging content for media distribution. Establish PR programs to benefit F&B strategies. Collaborate on event-based promotions to drive sales. Manage all communications to align with brand standards. Arrange photography for F&B events.

Qualifications
-Bachelor's Degree.
-Minimum 4 years of experience in Marketing Communications / Public Relations or 2 years of experience in a similar capacity.
-Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English/Thai
-Proficient in MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint.
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
-Detail-oriented and highly reliable in thorough execution and follow-through.
-Ability to work well in stressful & high-pressure situations.
-Well-presented and professionally groomed at all times.
