ตำแหน่ง : Quantity Surveyor.(QS)
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering preferably in Civil.
• At least 3 years experience in a field of Quantity Surveyor or Cost Engineer.
• Acquire knowledge of pre and post contract experience including preparation and review of estimates, cost plans, bills of quantities, tender reporting, valuations.
• Good communication skills that essential for dealing with contractors, site staff, third party suppliers as well as client.
• Experience and abilities in working effectively within complex teams on challenging projects.
• Methodical and analytical thinking as well as practical and logical reasoning skills
• Problem solving skills with a creative approach.
• Skill related to mathematics and financial management.
• Hands-on and gain good work experiences.
