● Extensive experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a reputable restaurant or hospitality establishment, with demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills.
● Strong culinary expertise in a variety of cuisines, with a focus on beach club-style cuisine and an emphasis on fresh, seasonal ingredients and creative presentation.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve common goals.
● Proven track record of maintaining high standards of food quality, consistency, and hygiene in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
● Formal culinary education or equivalent apprenticeship/training is preferred.
● Certification in food safety and sanitation practices is required.
● Demonstrating the ability to be proactive and to possess strategic thinking skills.
● The ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
