Job Description:
We are looking for a multilingual and experienced Hotel Manager to join our team in Phuket. As the Hotel Manager, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction and efficient team performance. You must possess excellent communication skills in English, Thai, and another language, along with deep insights into hotel management and industry standards.

Responsibilities:

* Supervise and coordinate daily hotel operations to ensure efficient and excellent customer service.
* Lead and guide staff, motivating the team to achieve strategic hotel goals.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant hotel industry standards and regulations.
* Handle customer complaints and issues, ensuring prompt and effective resolutions.
* Manage budgets and cost controls to achieve financial objectives.
* Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to enhance hotel brand image and visibility.

Requirements:

* Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English, Thai, and another language.
* Minimum of 3 years of hotel management experience with successful team and project management.
* Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with the ability to thrive under pressure.
* Passion and commitment to customer service, with exceptional interpersonal skills.
* Good financial management and budget control abilities.

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ:

* ควบคุมและประสานงานการดำเนินการโรงแรมเพื่อให้ได้บริการลูกค้าอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและดีเยี่ยม
* นำและแนะนำพนักงานให้มีสมองในการปฏิบัติงานเพื่อสร้างแรงจูงใจให้ทีมทำงานบรรลุเป้าหมายที่กำหนด
* รับผิดชอบในการปฏิบัติตามมาตรฐานและกฎระเบียบที่เกี่ยวข้องในวงการโรงแรม
* จัดการรับและแก้ไขปัญหาลูกค้าให้มีการแก้ไขที่รวดเร็วและมีประสิทธิภาพ
* บริหารงบประมาณและการควบคุมค่าใช้จ่ายเพื่อให้บรรลุวัตถุประสงค์ทางการเงิน
* ช่วยในการพัฒนาและดำเนินกลยุทธ์การตลาดเพื่อเสริมภาพลักษณ์และการมีชื่อเสียงของโรงแรม

คุณสมบัติ:

* ทักษะการสื่อสารที่ดีในภาษาอังกฤษ, ไทย และภาษาอื่น ๆ
* ประสบการณ์การจัดการโรงแรมอย่างน้อย 3 ปี พร้อมทักษะการจัดการทีมและโครงการที่ประสบความสำเร็จ
* ทักษะในการนำและแก้ไขปัญหาที่ดีพร้อมกับความสามารถในการทำงานภายใต้ความดัน
* ความกระตือรือร้นและความมุ่งมั่นที่จะให้บริการลูกค้าอย่างดีพร้อมทักษะระดับสูงในการสร้างความสัมพันธ์กับผู้คน
* ทักษะการบริหารจัดการทางการเงินและการควบคุมงบประมาณที่ดี
