• Education: Culinary degree or equivalent qualification in bakery or pastry arts.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a professional bakery or pastry kitchen.

• Ability to follow recipes accurately and maintain consistency in product quality.
• Creativity and a keen eye for detail in product presentation.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Physical Requirements:
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Capability to lift heavy items, such as bags of flour and trays of baked goods.
• Willingness to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as required.
