2. 2-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the real estate, hospitality, or related industries.
3. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms including social media, email marketing, content management systems, and web analytics.
4. Strong communication skills with the ability to create compelling content and effectively convey messages to target audiences.
5. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions.
6. Creativity, innovation, and a passion for staying abreast of industry trends and best practices.
7. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
8. Team player with the ability to collaborate across departments and functions to achieve common goals.
