ตำแหน่ง : Chief Accountant
* Financial Records and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate financial records, including income, expenses, assets, and liabilities.
- Prepare and submit timely financial reports to meet internal and external reporting requirements.
* Cost Control:
- Supervise and coordinate cost control in various hotel departments, ensuring the reasonableness and controllability of expenses.
* Payment and Receivable Management:
- Manage the hotel's payment processes, ensuring timely payments to suppliers.
- Oversee and optimize the hotel's receivables procedures, ensuring smooth cash flow.
* Budgeting and Planning: การจัดทำแผนและวางแผนงบประมาณ
- Assist in developing and monitoring the hotel's annual budget.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial plans align with actual business operations.
* Tax and Compliance:
- Ensure the hotel complies with all relevant tax regulations and financial compliance requirements.
- Assist in preparing for annual audits and handle related matters during the audit process.
