Position Title: HR MANAGER (ANY NATIONALITY)

BENEFITS:
Base Salary starting at 45,000 Thai Baht per month
Workday 5 days work a week

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
Maintain pay plan and benefits program, ensuring compliance with regulations and budget constraints.
Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for employees.
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.

Qualifications:
Bachelor/Master's Degree in Human Resources, Organization Development, Political Science, Psychology, Accounting, Engineering, and any related field.
At least 5 years’ experience in Management Level in an HR generalist role, and ideally within industrial companies.
Able to work effectively as a team as well as independently.
Good knowledge of new HR tools and processes.
Flexible, tenacious, and able to work under pressure.
Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
Have a strategy to develop Organization, HR Systems, Tools, and others.
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
