A person who works directly with the project documentation. Develops and corrects drawings. duties:
- Development of drawings and room plans, sections and wall layouts
- Zoning of space, work with scales
- Placement of heating, lighting, electrics, sewerage, water supply, ventilation, air conditioning
- Drawing up drawings in accordance with the ESCD
- Execution of competent design documentation at all stages of design
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
- Higher technical education in the field of engineering.
- Ownership of the Autodesk AutoCAD package
- Ownership of 2D graphics packages (Adobe CC, CorelDRAW or analogues)
- English level not lower than B2.
- Authorised to sign the architectural solutions.
