1. Guest Service Agent
Qualification
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Experience in a hotel or a related field preferred
Ability to stand during entire shift
- Ability to convey information and ideas clearly
- Must maintain composure and objectivity under pressure
- Comprehend and perform basic mathematical operations

2. Guest Service Supervisor
Qualification
- Bachelor Degree is preferred
- Prior experiences in hotel front office operation at least 2 years
- A strong focus on customer service
- Good communication skill in English
- Flexible with working hours
- Comprehend and perform basic mathematical operation
