(1) Chief Engineer

-Have an experience in Engineering Department Management
-Strong result oriented, people management, and leadership skills
-Strong leadership and training skills, creative thinker and problem solver, team-worker with a can-do attitude is a must.
-Capable of following specifications for hotel services.
-Possess knowledge of the requirements of government regulations and technical rules.
-Strong in analytical, problem-solving skills, and execution of work.
-communication skill, and computer literate

Construction Dept.

(1) Assistant Project Manager
(2) Civil Engineer & Inspector
(3) M&E Engineer & Inspector - Admin Site Officer
(4) Admin Site Officer

- Proven experience as a Construction or similar role in the construction
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials.
- Excellent project management, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
