ตำแหน่ง : Night Shift Receptionist – Male
Job Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring incoming reservations, providing information on hotel hours and services, assisting guests in case of nighttime emergencies or special requests, and ensuring a calm and secure environment within our hotel.
Working Hours
The job is on night shifts from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Flexibility is required to cover extra shifts or shift changes. The role involves working six nights a week, with the possibility of working on weekends and public holidays.
Required Qualifications
We are looking for someone with experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in Front Office or Reception roles, with excellent command of English. Knowledge of a third language, such as Chinese or Russian, will be considered a plus. The ability to work independently, managing any issues that may arise during the night shift, such as guest assistance requests or minor technical interventions, is essential. Familiarity with hotel management software will be highly appreciated.
Personal Characteristics
The ideal candidate is a reliable and responsible person with excellent time management and prioritization skills, able to remain calm even in emergency situations. We are looking for someone with a strong public-facing disposition, who can be friendly and helpful at all times while maintaining a professional attitude. Being flexible and adaptable to the various situations that may arise during the night is essential for this role.
