Job Description

We are looking for an experienced & dynamic Director of Food & Beverage to manage all Meeting & Events Facilities, Restaurants, Lobby Bar, Room Service, kitchen and several pop-ups for the newly transformed Amora Beach Resort Phuket.

You have worked in Thailand and in a Hotel/ Resort. You have experience with big weddings, gala dinners, meetings and understand F&B outlet management.

As the leader in Food & Beverage your most important tasks are:

Manage the F&B outlets and the kitchen
Plan and execute Weddings, Gala dinners, theme nights, meetings
Collaborate with marketing to create activities & events to boost revenue
Collaborate with Groups & Events seller to plan for Events & Meetings indoor & outdoor
Train and maintain five star service levels
Deal with guest feedback. Analyze and monitor reviews
Manage budgets

Experience:
Proven experience as an F&B leader for at least 3 years
Banquet experience is a must
Beach Club Experience is an advantage
Have experience with budgets, forecast, cost control before
Understand menu engineering, menu creation
Has worked in a five-star hotel before
Stay up to date with trends, best practices, concepts
Must be fluent in speaking and writing in Thai and English
