- Basic knowledge of cooking techniques, food preparation, and kitchen equipment.
- Good communication skills to effectively follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Ability to manage time efficiently, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure during busy service periods.
- Understanding of health, hygiene, and safety regulations related to food preparation and kitchen environments.
