Qualifications
* Experience in luxury travel, hospitality, or yachting industry is preferred.
* Successful experience of planning and content creation for Facebook, Instagram.
* Understanding of Google Ads and SEO.
* Knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop), video application (Capcut, VN), AI (ChatGPT), email marketing platforms (Mailchimp).
* Learning and implementing new digital marketing trends.
* Creative, initiative, energetic. Self and time organized.
* Good level of English communication, writing, and reading.
Key Responsibilities
* Create, plan and manage social media presence in Instagram and Facebook.
* Create, plan and manage advertising campaigns on Facebook (Instagram) and Google.
* Analyze customer needs, behaviors, target audiences and search engine keywords using tracking tools, Google Analytics, Facebook insights, etc. to present marketing/media campaigns that meet the goals.
* Monitor budgets throughout the campaigns.
* Follow marketing trends, various tools, and new methods to apply to the advertising campaign for maximum efficiency.
* Prepare monthly media plans and reports.
