รายละเอียด

1.ประสานงานกับวิศวกรโครงการในการจัดทำแผนการจัดทำ Shop Drawing เพื่อส่งขออนุมัติให้ทันเวลาก่อนขึ้นหน้างาน
2. รวบรวมและบันทึกหมายเลขแบบทั้งหมดที่ต้องจัดทำทั้ง Shop Drawing และแบบที่ใช้อ้างอิงเช่น แบบก่อสร้าง,แบบสถาปัตย์ เป็นต้น
3. ร่วมศึกษาแบบกับวิศวกรโครงการ และประสานงานกับโฟร์แมนเพื่อเคลียร์แบบหน้างานแต่ละระบบให้้สอดคล้องกับที่ลูกค้ากำหนด
4. จัดทำ Shop Drawing ตามแผนงานและแก้ไขตามที่ comments จากผู้ควบคุมงานให้เสร็จทันเวลาใช้งาน
5. ตรวจสอบความเกี่ยวข้องกัน (Combine) และความขัดแย้งของแบบโครงสร้าง สถาปัตย์
6.แก้ไขปรับปรุงหากแบบเกิดมีข้อผิดพลาดตามที่ผูบังคับบัญชามอบหมาย
7. กำหนดผู้รับแบบที่แน่นอน เพื่อควบคุมการแจกจ่ายให้ทั่วถึง ทันสมัยล่าสุดเพื่อการ
ใช้งานเสมอ และควบคุมการทำลายเอกสารให้ทั่วถึง
8. จัดทำแบบ AS Built Drawing ให้ถูกต้องตามการติดตั้งงานจริงและทำสำเนาแบบ
As-Built Drawing ตามจำนวนที่ส่งมอบให้กับลูกค้า
9. จัดทำ CD Back up Shop Drawing ทุกระบบอย่างน้อยเดือนละครั้ง เพื่อป้องกัน
การสูญหายของข้อมูล
10. จัดทำ CD Back up As-Built Drawing ทุกระบบก่อนปิดโครงการ และนำส่งให้เจ้าหน้าที่อำนวยการกลางจัดเก็บไว้เมื่อจบโครงการแล้ว
