Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and oversee all hotel operations during the night shift to ensure guest satisfaction and safety.
- Check accommodations, making sure any special requests are carried out accordingly, greet guests upon arrival and ensure escort to accommodations if appropriate.
- Handle with complaints, problem solving, disturbances, special requests and any other issues that may arise.
- Ensure the accurate completion of the daily night audit in a timely fashion.
- Oversee preparation of daily summary reports.
- Assist the Front Office Manager in implementing and enforcing financial controls throughout the department, helping with control of operating expenses, scheduling and purchasing.
- Monitor the area around the hotel, especially the pool area. To avoid any noise from guests disturbing others.
- Performing other ad hoc tasks as required by their Front Office Manager.

Qualifications:
- Male
- Bachelor degree in related discipline.
- At least 2 years experiences in the same position,or in a similar position.
- Thai and English language skills. (B1)
- Ability to perform clerical duties.
- Strong administration skills.
- Proficiency in word processing.
- Interpersonal skills required. Interacts mainly with colleagues.
- Good leadership, organizational and administrative skills.
- Easily approachable with an outgoing and pleasant personality.
- Able to maintain objectivity.
