The ideal candidate will have a strong background in spa management, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to lead and motivate a team. As a Spa Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the spa, ensuring that all services are provided to the highest standards, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our clients. You will also manage staff schedules, train new employees, and handle customer inquiries and complaints.
Additionally, you will be responsible for inventory management, ordering supplies, and ensuring that all equipment is properly maintained. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the spa industry, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
