Qualifications for Real Estate Ads & SEO Specialist
Experience in Paid Ads Management:

Proven track record of managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns, primarily on Google Ads and major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
Strong understanding of targeting and audience segmentation to reach specific demographics, especially within the real estate sector.
Experience with A/B testing and other techniques to maximize ad performance.
SEO & Backlinking Skills:

Knowledgeable in SEO best practices, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and off-page SEO strategies.
Proven experience in building quality backlinks and understanding of local SEO strategies for Thailand, particularly for the Phuket real estate market.
Ability to analyze SEO metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve website visibility.
Social Media Ads Expertise:

Experience managing paid social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
Ability to create engaging social media ad content and optimize based on performance data.
Familiarity with tools for creating custom social media feeds for ad content and promoting content on social networks.
Additional Skills:

Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.).
Basic knowledge of content creation and graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus.
Good communication skills, able to report on campaign performance and ROI to stakeholders.
Preferred:

Experience in real estate marketing, especially within Thailand.
Fluency in Thai and English is ideal, but proficiency in one language with strong understanding of the local real estate market is also acceptable.
