Position Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Guest Service Manager to join our team on a 6-month contract. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing guest relations, ensuring smooth villa operations, and maintaining the highest standards of customer service. This role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to lead a team effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

*Oversee daily operations of guest services, ensuring all guests receive a warm and seamless experience from arrival to departure.
*Coordinate with various teams (housekeeping, maintenance, and villa management) to meet guest expectations and address any issues promptly.
*Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and special requests efficiently, maintaining a high level of professionalism.
*Manage guest feedback and implement improvement strategies to enhance service quality.
*Lead and train the guest service team to ensure a cohesive and efficient workflow.
*Monitor and manage villa bookings, ensuring proper allocation and preparation of villas.
*Collaborate with the senior management team to develop and execute guest service initiatives.

Qualifications:

*Proven experience in hospitality management, preferably in a luxury villa or hotel environment.
*Strong leadership and team management skills.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Problem-solving abilities with a focus on guest satisfaction.
*Proficiency in English; knowledge of Thai or other languages is a plus.
*Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
*Knowledge of villa management software and booking systems is an advantage.

Contract Details:

Duration: 6 months
Start Date: 1 November 2024
Location: Samui
Compensation: Competitive salary, based on experience.
