ตำแหน่ง : BCIS Admissions Assistant (Visa)
The Admissions Assistant (Visa Officer) supports the student recruitment process by managing and facilitating visa-related activities for students and parents to meet enrollment and retention targets. Under the guidance of the Admissions Manager, this role involves handling all aspects of visa applications and compliance, providing expert assistance to prospective and current students and parents, and ensuring a smooth and efficient admissions experience.
• Provide general visa advice to client groups (parents) on a day-to-day basis ensuring the inbox is reviewed daily and queries are dealt with expeditiously.
• Work collaboratively with the Admissions Officers to anticipate the visa needs of incoming and current BCIS families.
• Be the expert in relation to visas (policies and procedures) in order to support all parents.
• Develop and maintain productive working relationships with parents in terms of the visa documentation process;
• Work effectively as a team member; sharing responsibility, providing support, maintaining communication and updating senior team members on progress;
• Support all internal and external visa-related inquiries or requests for parents;
• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices for visa matters.
• Liaise closely with the HR Visa Officer to ensure most up-to-date information is being used and applied.
• Follow through on customer service standards set by ISP across all school teams.
• Recommend training as necessary to maintain high performance and service quality under the guidance of the Admissions Manager.
