ตำแหน่ง : Restaurant Manager
Position Overview: The Restaurant Manager oversees the daily operations of the hotel restaurant, ensuring a high standard of service and guest satisfaction. This role involves managing staff, coordinating with the kitchen, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily restaurant operations, including staffing, inventory, and budgeting.
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences by maintaining high service standards.
- Train, supervise, and evaluate restaurant staff.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create and update menus.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback effectively.
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant.
- Implement marketing strategies to promote the restaurant and increase revenue.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of food and beverage management.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Proficient in point-of-sale (POS) systems and restaurant management software.
- A degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
